| APRIL 15, 2010 TAX DAY RALLY LAFAYETTE, INDIANA We joined the Lafayette Tea Party, Citizens in Action, Donn Brown What a marvelous event this was! We did a head count of well over 2000 people Keynote speakers: Donn Brown, Candidate for State Representative, District 27 Richard Behney, Grassroots Candidate for US Senate Seat and Mike Young, Candidate for Congressional District 4. |
| Journal Courier ran several articles on this event. They even had a slideshow of 26 pictures. Unfortunately they only reported a crowd of 400. Richard Behney's name was not mentioned. As you can see by these pictures the crowd was triple that amount and Behney was clearly the Peoples Choice! |
| Below are a couple of photos from my friend Kathleen who attended the Austin Tea Party yesterday. I connected with Kathleen Thonsgaard, Mid-Coast Tea Party Patriots, in September 2009. Kathleen was an inspiration to me. I started this Tea Party in September and no one joined. Nearly three months went by and still, no one joined. Kathleen kept telling me not to give up. Thanks Kathleen. I guess Texas does everything big! |
