Tonight we hosted Hal Shurtleff, Regional
Field Director of the John Birch Society.
Hal is an expert on AGENDA 21.
We packed the house with 65 people! Folks came from far and
wide, some as far as Steuben County. Although they were
invited, not one of our County or City officials nor our Mayor
showed up. However our State Representative Don Lehe
attended. And the Executive Director of Economic
Development attended. God Bless those who wish to be
informed.
Most of us have known about Agenda 21 these past two years.
It has crept up on us in terms of sustainable development, smart
growth, smart meters, etc. Tonight the inner workings of
Agenda 21 were revealed.
1992: Agenda 21 was signed at the United Nations Earth
Summit by 178 world leaders. Including Daddy Bush who
agreed to it.
Because Agenda 21 did not represent an actual binding treaty,
it did not require the ratification of the U.S. Senate or approval
from Congress. Instead it has been implemented through
Presidential Executive Orders.
1993: President Clinton signed Executive Order 12852,
establishing the President's Council on Sustainable
Development.

2011: President Obama signed Executive Order 13575,
establishing the White House Rural Council. (16% of the
American people)
Agenda 21 is the most massive wealth distribution this country
has ever seen! The false piety of this plan induces guilt on the
American people. We are scorned for our wealth and freedoms.
Social justice is the heart of Agenda 21.
While it implies we will help third world countries rise to our
level, in reality it lowers the standard of living for every single
American. Haiti is a perfect example. For decades the United
States has sent foreign aid in unspeakable amounts to Haiti.
Where did all that money go? Likely to the elites and the
military. The quality of life for Haitians is no better than it was
20 years ago.
The right to private property ownership is the cornerstone of
individual liberty and the prime ingredient for a prosperous and
free republic. Propaganda of sustainable development flaunts
mutual benefits for the greater good of the community; rocks,
animals and plants have rights too. It relies on stripping
individuals of their God given liberties and our own
Government is in accordance.
ICLEI is the organization that brings the UN Agenda 21 to our
local levels. Indiana has four cities that are members of ICLEI.
Muncie, Bloomington, South Bend and Carmel.
Hal has interviewed many residents of these small towns all
over the country to find the citizens are totally unaware that
their county councils and redevelopment commissions are
members of ICLEI. It ALL begins at your local level!
What can you do to stop Agenda 21 in your county? Learn as
much as you can. Email and write your representatives and
