We would like to thank the Honorable Todd Rokita, Congressional Representative of District 4 and a registered member of the White County Tea Party
Patriots, for this most generous invitation.
Congressman Rokita, pilot of his own small aircraft, offered a once in a lifetime proposal to fly four members of our group to Washington, DC for a four day
venture. Much of the four days they would be on their own to tour the wonders of DC. But they would also be treated to a private tour of the Capitol with the
Congressman's staff. We held a lottery. Any member who wished to take advantage of this offer was asked to sign up and we would pick names from a hat.
The Cosgray family triumphed. Sam, Laura, Rachel and Nicole couldn't be more excited to take this private trip. Their son and his wife, Alex and Amanda,
drove up to meet them in DC for a wonderful family adventure. Congressman Rokita met them on Monday morning, September 12th, at the Logansport
Airport. He brought them home on Thursday, September 15th.
We would like to thank you Congressman Rokita for your most generous offer and personal touch. We would also like to thank you for your courage to
remain solid on the views that elected you. Mr.Congressman, you are doing a remarkable job and we are very proud of you!
